Garage List
If the rears aren't leaking it doesn't make sense to.

Leaking is not the only sign of shocks requiring rebuild...
Anyway, KW doesn't rebuild the rears. You'll need to buy new ones.

Almost sounds cheaper just to have bought new coilovers if you are rebuilding all 4 corners?

Anyway, nobody here can tell you the condition of the shocks without a shock dyno.

Run them as is or purchase new. Wish we could help. Do they seem to function well outside of the car and rebound similar? Then they might be ok.

I personally would not. I'd rather buy new at that point

What you paid for for them should help determine if you rebuild them or just buy new.

I was in the same boat not long ago. KW can bench test the rear for you and let you know what needs to be done. I knew that I had at least one strut that was shot and decided to send everything in to be tested and rebuild if needed. In the end I came out ahead by about $400 over buying new.

Contact KW and they will email you a pricing sheet that outlines the cost of everything. I talked with them several times to makes sure I understood all of my options. In the end I felt good about the decision.

Ok guys i bought my used set of kw v1 for 220 usd and i sent the fronts for rebuild ( 135 usd each . 270 usd total ) i bought two new rears cause i was afraid they were no good anymore (110 usd each. 220 usd total) cause rears cant be rebuilt

SUMMARY : 220 USD + 270 USD + 210 USD = 700 usd for a set who is almost new right ?? Springs should be fine at 25k miles i assume ? Anything else i should replace or im good ?

Springs should be fine. I knew the struts I was buying needed to be rebuilt and so did the seller...so I was able to get them for a great price. Buying new is always the best thing if you have concerns about warranty. But in my case the money I saved by purchasing used and sending in for rebuild was money well spent and saved at the same time.
