I was able to successfully retrofit the CIC HU + Combox on my Pre-LCI E90 from the brilliant shoulders of this community, a few problems I’ve been facing are as follows and I’ve searched far and wide before coming here.

1.) No HD radio (regular FM & AM works normally) no HD symbol or the known channels around me play in HD on the radio.

2.) C519 - GPS Ariel wire ground (seems to be a faultly cic from what I’ve read), so navigation doesn’t show correct cordinates or heading lol

Mainly concerned with the HD radio issue was really looking forward to it.

All FSCs have been correctly loaded including running a pink Fakra from the old SDARS module in the trunk to the HU for Sirius XM. Cheers to all the amazing folks and their contributions long live the E90.

Did you add the HD radio Vehicle order to the car? ( $653 )
If No try adding this, to the VO, fa write to CAS and NFRM. Then factory code the CIC with appropriate date.

If yes double check again. If still doesn't work, you could have gotten an early CIC HU without the HD radio. The white label on top of the HU has all the symbols. ex. Sirius, HD Radio symbol
