Good headphones?

Oh, let me note, my listening style. I prefer a warm sounding speaker/headphone with accurate bass. My biggest turn offs are muddy base (see Bose) and harsh, bright speakers (metal tweets, see Mbquartz and most Focal metal tweeters; I like Utopias though).
