I hate deer

Hit a deer that jumped over guard rail and luckily fell so I clipped him when he went down...could have been much worse. Still sucks...1M bumper being made now, this one is toast.

nope, it is 100% OEM material. 1M made from LTMW wich uses 2 OEM bumpers molded together.

So do we but it looks like they used some to form the corners of the bumper. We used it on our pre production model to get the shape right for our e90 side stretch. Because the 1M isn't a direct swap for e9x.

But who knows that pic doesn't zoom in quality

We haven't manufactured our own yet...We use Seibon here in the states. I'm currently running their trunk over my Sonic Tuning one. It's the same except fitment was better by my tails and we have them in stock.

I think their is a bit of fiberglass where they mold the bottom piece in.

You know the deer never wins- although on occasion they do give a good "fuck you" before giving up the ghost. Sad that humans and animals run into each other sometimes (some encounters more literally than others) but it is what it is- that's the price of human development I suppose.

Damn things are overpopulated around here. They need to bring wolves back in NJ!

I'm glad you're ok OP, but everyone always talks about the car being ok after an accident like this, but what about the deer?

The bumper is easily replaceable. But the deer? Took years of evading wolves and humans to get to where he/she is now.
