If i lived in the US,i would buy this in a heartbeat, but here in bull 5H1T Belgium the driver taxes are made from gold ! Damn !
BTW...best looking car of the last 10 years and not to forget it gives you 625 HP under your right foot
BFD... Proper exhaust, downpipes, GruppeM Intake and BMS + max boost I could beat that stock with the m5. I'm already in the 550s/520s STOCK with charcoal filters.

You might be able to beat the HP numbers, but not in time around a track. This thing is an animal... I see it rivaling/besting the upper echelon of automotive track times.

Chevy has it that the top of the line version (rumor has it that there will 3 trims) with carbon brakes etc will be under 100k. We don't know how much under 100k, but you I'm betting that you will be able to get a well equipped car for 85k.

Why would I care about that lmao...

Bragging about track times 99.9999% of the people who buy the car could NEVER attain is pretty much useless.

With how easy this 8 speed auto is going to be to drive, and the fact it's one of the quickest shiftin autos on the planet... It's goin to matter.

You could get any basic driver, put them in a car this easy to drive and they would look really fucking good.

Don't underestimate the cars potential for boosting average drivers because you over estimate your personal skills lol.

And if you get a well seasoned track day driver, it's going to make people like you look even worse.

I don't go to the track so I could care less

So you're saying the times they get professional drivers for to make their car look the best as possible for reviews, I'm going to achieve simply because of how good the engineering is lol... How silly

Of course as cars advance in engineering the avg. users track time will continue to decrease. That still doesn't mean s* if you aren't in the top percentile of track drivers lmao. But hey if buying a better "track" car makes you feel closer to chris harris and gives you an ego bump over someone with an m5 more power to you

Lol, hey dingo, I said it would make you better, not a pro. Get off your "pro times" hater.

Your the one who said you would "beat those numbers". Soo, you were the one initially comparing stats, and that in turn leads to performance times. Otherwise you wouldn't give two shits and comment as such on the power numbers numb nuts.

People in these types of vehicles, in this type of hobby, do care about, and frequent track to fully utilize the cars they bought for that very reason. Get off your BMW nutswing and trying to be nonchalant about performance figures... Because you made a liar out of yourself after your first post.

Does it really matter corvette z06 vs m5? Stock for stock z06 is faster. Modded for modded the z06 is faster? I don't understand the point. I bet you'll be able to get 800 hp for less then 2k in the new z06, to bad it's ugly as sin and impractical.

I think it's pretty good looking and at that price level, how much does practicality really matter? Get another car too if you need the space or creature comforts. With $100k of disposable income it's hard to believe an owner couldn't afford something to DD as well

Agreed that m5 vs z06 is apples vs oranges

And something called power to weight ratio.

Good luck beating a modded C6 Z06, let alone a modded C7 Z06 in a straight line or around a track.

Hahaha I almost traded the m5 in for a Callaway c7 so nobody's adverse to trying different car brands.

I simply pointed out the amazing 625, when really it's not that big a deal lmao, but I guess I just shop in a different price range lol.

Lol "people" in these types of vehicles lmao... It's not that expensive guy, so I don't get that comment lol. When I get bored of the m4 I have on order ill probably try that z06 if the dealers aren't foolishly trying to get msrp+ like when I test drove the z06.

You could be the greatest driver on this bored and have the fastest track times in the world. I wouldn't care one bit lmao, just not into it lmao. But like I said good luck at the track lol

Eh I'll just get build a Gtr or ugr a lambo if I cared about beating freakishly capable modified cars.

Am I the only one around here that thinks the RS3 is going to handle like absolute shit?

Who gives a frak about the power its putting down, if Audi's track record has proven anything with their RS models, it's that they understeer like pigs in the corners where ///M cars smoke tires in their face just for fun. I don't have high hopes whatsoever for anything Audi puts out anymore. Until they figure out how to push their engines lower down and further back from the front axles, they aren't going to even be in the same league in the handling department (not talking about the R8, that's just a cheap version of a Gallardo).

Well just mentioning audi brings out the dicks according to Jeremy Clarkson. But then again we are a bmw forum so that's our only way of socialization because we have no friends.

A lot of assumptions in that article. The next RS3 will not have 460hp IMO

If the s3 has 370 hp, I can guarantee the rs3 will have 410hp+ in a car that weighs much less then the m4. It will destroy the m4 and imagine what they'll put in the next rs4.
