God help us. God help us all.

I'm going to a Daytona 500 party tomorrow and this is my contribution. Quadruplebypass Bacon Weave Pork Sausage BBQ Extravaganza.

Ingredients:
1.5lbs bacon
1.5lbs pork sausage
1/4 cup Sweet Baby Rays's BBQ sauce
2 tbsp liquid hickory "smoke sauce"
2 tbsp pork rub
2 cups cheddar/mozzarella cheese blend.

Bake for 3 hours (one hour per pound) at 300 degrees.

Wow man. Not insulting your cooking or anything but I'd be hesitant to have even a tiny portion of that thing. Why all the fat? Can't get creative and make something healthier that tastes great?

Lol, contraptions like that arn't why obesity occurs. Obesity occurs because people eat more calories than they burn. Its a lifestyle thing.

This monstrosity is really an experiment and it came out way bigger than I imagined. We'll see how it turns out tomorrow.

Umm yes it is....If I eat 1000 calories I need to jog for a mile (It's an example not actual numbers) to burn it off. If I eat that thing... I need to jog till I start seeing Asian people and a sign that says welcome to Beijing to burn it off. People are lazy already so the less calories you eat the less exercise you need to maintain weight.

And so you shall. I suspect it will be about 1/3 smaller than uncooked after a certain percentage of the fat is drained away .

I calculate that bacon explosion totaling a few calories north of 4500. An average sized person burns around 150 calories per mile run. At that rate, you'd have to run 30 miles to burn off this fatty crime against cholesterol levels, if you were able to eat the whole thing. Assuming six people share it, each person would only have to run 5 miles, something I do twice weekly. Kthxbai.

Very tasty looking! Another forum I'm on regularly pays homage to Bacon.

A friend shared this link a few days ago:
Pork!

Should be called "heart attack." Why beat around the bush? Actually, it could probably do the job for 2 small people.

How are you going to cook it? There is going to be so much grease draining off of it that if you don't have a way to siphon it off your end result is going to be pretty unappetizing and saturated. It won't even taste good or get crispy. It'll be just soggy with fat. I want to throw up just thinking about it.
