Half engine light but no codes

I've been getting half engine light at the end of my WOT pulls in 3rd gear.
It goes away after about 5 seconds and no codes are stored. Does anyone have any idea why it is doing that? I've never had this issue before.

I'm using map 7 in this video with about 45% e85 mixed with 93. Same thing happens on map 5.

Is your auto delete OFF? If so then codes should store if it's throwing a half engine. If it's on then that's why you can't get the codes

I have auto clear ON, and still can read codes that pop up.

OP, I'm on mobile currently, so what mods do you have done to the car?

Map 7 is really intended for FBO. From N54Tech: Map 7: Race gas map. 18.5psi peak boost on the G5 ISO. Requires straight 100-104+ RM2 octane unleaded racing fuel. The expensive stuff. We do not suggest using leaded racing fuel. To use this map with E85 requires the BMS E85 back end flash, inline booster fuel pump, and a 60% E85 mix.

Don't use map 7 unless you meet these requirements, also higher than 35-40% E85 is going to cause fueling issues on the stock LPFP, and no backend flash. Start by lowering the E85 mixture, and running map 5.

Map 5 also gives the half engine light with less e85. I don't normally run map 7, but Terry from BMS said I would be "okay" to run it according to my logs. It's crazy how much e85 my stock lpfp can handle compared to other cars

So what do you think is causing the half engine light? Not misfiring, lpfp seems okay for now.. I just can't figure out what is giving me the light!

Can you post a log to Datazap?

You've hooked the car up to your laptop to check codes through the JB4 correct?

I uploaded 3 logs at once so I think you should be able to toggle between them in that link.

I checked the codes through the Jb4 Mobile app and my laptop.

Only one log shows up, have you had Russell review the logs recently where you're having trouble? If you can capture the log while the light clicks on that'd be best, and try to note the RPM where it happened. Btw, your LPFP does seem to handle the E85 real well according to the one log I see, which would likely be why Terry gave you the clear.

When the light blinks on, you actually feel the reduced power correct? Does the JB4 stay in the selected map, or does it kick to something different?

And for the record, how many miles on your plugs since being tuned at all?

I'll shoot Terry an email or ask Russell to take a look at these. I wanted to see if other people have had this issue as well so I posted here first.

The logs I posted were runs that gave me the light. What baffles me is that everything looks okay, but I'm still getting the half engine light. No reduced power, just the light that comes on and goes away after a few seconds. Jb4 doesn't kick down to map 4 or anything either.

I put new plugs in 2 weeks ago.

Hmm. I know if the JB4 sees an issue it failsafes over to map 4, and since that's not happening, and the log looks pretty good (I should note I'm not real experienced in this department), maybe check all the connections?

Post the .csv in the support section over at N54Tech and Russell will read them pretty quickly, and he can confirm whether or not there's any issues in the logs.
