oh and before someone asks, most have foreign number plates cause they dont want to pay import taxes and levies in bulgaria... too long to explain

I just looked at the short clip, but almost half the cars weren't registered in Bulgaria. Most of that are registered in Germany.

Probably due to taxes I think or not...
