Thumbs down AT&T Offering T-Moblie Customers: $450 To Switch Over!

I personally would NOT switch to their crappy-ass bogged down network and especially ultra poor Customer Service for a $1,000!

AT&T is just dangerous. If you're ever about to get killed by some psychopath chasing you down the street and have the wits to dial 911, expect a lost call signal and a knife in the back if you have AT&T.

Same here, and I live in Mississippi. Full signal wherever I go except for this one brick bar I eat at after work sometimes. I haven't had a dropped call in like ten years.

CSpire on the other hand...

They're trying to get some of the customers before Sprint just buys the network and inherits them all (deal is pending).

Hahahahaha!!! That shit was hilarious.

Edit--- I do realize that ANY carrier can cause headaches depending on location.
But I had and have had several friends complain about them here in the Dallas area.

Do tell....?

I figured this was some sort of last ditch gimmick for something else down the near road.

Whenever I'm speaking to someone and the call drops, sure enough, they are on ATT.

It was even in the article you posted….

That said, my AT&T service is great. No issues to complain about here.

I've had T-Mobile and Sprint and am now on AT&T. They are all terrible. However, I have to say that I saw a significant improvement once I got my iPhone 5S. Reception is much much better.

At&t works great in my area! Never had a problem. In fact, one of my friend has t-mobile and he doesn't have reception half of the time!

Plano is a small town out in the country - no wonder your service sucks.

I live and work in Houston - I got 99 problems but AT&T reception ain't one.....

I switched from Tmobile to ATT in 2008 and the only place I have really bad signal is at work and at home. The 2 places i need it most or not.

I will forgive your ignorance.

Plano is far from a small country town. It is in fact, the most affluent city in the entire state of Texas. It also is headquarters to several Fortune 500 companies. It is also just north of Dallas. So travel outside of your box or expand your acquaintances. I won't even comment on how most here view Houston.

Now then.... a simple Google search under 'worst cellular service/company' confirms what i've already said.

A little of this and a little of that, mostly for some stuff I have in the pipeline.

I found ATT had better service and billing than sprint and tmobile. I haven't tried Verizon yet though.
