Yeah tell me about it. I see it all day, people in a house or driving a car they don't belong in. The best was a 600-700K house was getting foreclosed on, brand new temp tag Porsche Cayanne in the driveway. Their electric was disconnected because they couldn't pay the bill. You can guess the race of the people no problem, which isn't always them but their definitely in the lead for stupidity.

My company handles the process of the legal documentation through the courts, service aspect of those documents, keeping the clients informed of what stage the process is at and the filing of the the returns for the documents. We handle nearly all of north eastern Ohio, which your research should show you we are more then busy with foreclosures, let alone our normal load of work dealing with subpoena's, 3-day notices, divorces and such.

Oh yeah I forgot. We currently have a case where a guy is getting served by Rolls Royce on the repossession of his 2007 Phantom.

I bet you can't guess his lease payment for a 36/mo lease....
