Apple released an App to apply for the free bumper or case. It takes usually 3-5 weeks for delivery.

I ordered the Speck HD case. I wanted an orange bumper, but Apple's only giving away black ones. So I'll just use the free case until the orange bumpers are back in stock. Thanks for the free case, Apple. Still really liking my iPhone 4 compared to my 3G.

I wish they have an InCase that wasn't clear or smoked...

Upon looking at the Incase one further I didn't think it was all that. It didn't cover all the corners and other areas. It is a far cry from their really good slider cases.
