From Experience in Florida the 19s will be just fine. You get the OEM 18s though and you'll likely be getting 19s down the road though you'll be choosing for yourself at that point what you want. The OEM RFTs are really the demon here, they suck so bad that it's almost funny that they are still spooned on at all. So with either 18s or 19s ditching the OEM RFTs will improve the ride far more than a wheel change will.

So FWIW, the 19's on my last 335i were a huge step up in ride comfort, NOT because of the wheels, but because of the addition of Continentals and a mobility kit.

You might find that the OEM 19s are actually a bargain and on the 335is a bit unique. I normally eschew OEM wheels outta hand, but you cannot really get a decent 19" wheel anywhere for a $1k let alone with tires. At some point the 18s might start looking a little too small to you and just not quite right. Just a thought.

ETA: My experience with horrible RFTs was with Bridgstone only. I cannot speak for the Pirellis, or the Michelins. I know that BMW is no longer just tossing on one brand, so FWIW.

I actually just used vinyl. I did the roof too (the back spoiler and badges are painted black though).

The orange reflectors are definitely annoying... and with the added black accents, I think the car looks great! (it already comes with black grilles, mirror caps and exhaust black)

Agree, the 19s are a good deal. Can't beat the look either.

19" if the streets are good. its been said in a few places the 19" style 313 are genuine forged BBS wheels. Have a set of 18" on the 135is to compare with.
