Anyway- i do eat alot of carbs, they are my friend. I love em!

LOL! I know about that...I am mexican...just about every meal has rice, beans, and tortillas! The toughest meal is breakfast...everything good is all carbs.

Its all about portion control, smaller more frequent meals...and making them count. Eat a larger percentage of the complex carbs...avoid simple carbs and empty calories...candy, junk food, and ALCOHOL.

Its unrealistic to cut out carbs...that is an unhealthy, crappy diet. But..you can definitely be more aware of which ones you select in your dietary intake. Although..its ok to cut them out temporarily...as in just before summer bikini season

Gosh, they need to flim a reality show about italians trying to cut out carbs. Its a real life drama. The family disowns you, your mother starts to worry your getting too "thin", you no longer partake in the family traditions, the whole commuity starts to wonder if you're adopted cause no italian cuts out carbs.
