well guys im gonna try and go to sleep now if not i will be sure to report back to this thread lol. I will try some of the techniques listed above first though

3.48am here and i still cant f@ckin sleep!!!
 have a group meeting @ 9.30 tomorrow and another one @ 6pm after all my classes...lack of sleep and i have to be in school from morning till night tomorrow, have a presentation on wednesday and thursday...gawd i'm getting sick of college, 3 more weeks till freedom sigh

July 3rd about 2am...can't sleep. F-in A, it's hot in SoCal right now. Hit like 104 in the valley. Too hot to sleep. What's up all? |

its summer for me and i dont usually sleep yet hehe, been sleeping around sunrise yea i usually wake up to the heat.... especially yesterday anybody play cod2? |

I can't sleep because I've just gotten off the graveyard shift rotation. My body's still that mode. I work the 3pm to 11pm shift now but I still can't sleep until 5-6 am.
