The official "I can't sleep" thread

Well, I figured I'd try something new and start a thread for people to be able to list the night and time they can't sleep and decided to surf E90post instead.

So here it goes:

It's now Tuesday morning (12:55 am PST) May 8th and I can't sleep.
Good thing I don't have to work tomorrow.

I have class tomorrow so i have to wake up around 6 30am, yet im usually still awake at 3am. Late night crew ftw!

I find going to bed very late and getting up very early allows me to sleep better, more soundly. No caffeine after 3P helps too. No naps, ever. Gym most days. I think sleep is wayyyyyyyyyy overrated. There will be plenty of time to sleep when I'm dead. Sleep is for the weak.

Also, avoid lithium.

I had a bad night friday.
in bed by midnight, up by 4am with eyes wide open.

I can never sleep because i have a fuckn 8 mo old dog who dont know what the fuck sleep is. If this is what having a kid will be like in a few years i think i will just adopt ike a 10 yr old that knows how to sleep thought the night. haha

yea i am in the same situation.. my pup is 4 months old and he is a lil trouble maker.

I sware dude like hes calm as hell all day but the second i sit down in y recliner or lay down in bed he turns into another dog and goes crazy, and when he does calm down if theres the slightest fuckn creek in the house he goes crazy. lol

I dont have a dog but my neighbors do and I swear one of these days Imma go over there with a shotgun and shoot those bastards.

Sometimes they start barking late into the night and wouldnt shut up for hours. Then around 6 or 7 AM they'd start barking again.

In the summer there are baby birds in the trees around my house and OMFG they kept chirping (I MeAN LIKE 24/7!!!!!)

That really dont work man, because if you do it befor you go to bed thats like jogging then trying to go right to sleep all out of breath and shit. It gets your heart pounding and blood rushing lol. It dont work for me at least
