Not true, the military does protect the border. It's a homeland defense mission currently ulitilizing border agents and Army National Guard.

Well unless you were in Vietnam, Korea, or WW II, you are a complete dumbass and an embarrassment to current and former military members. I would love for you to drive a humvee in the middle of downtown Baghdad or be the lead vehicle in a Route Clearance team, or be on foot on a patrol in Ramadi, Convoy escort thru all parts of Iraq and Afghanistan. Bury friends you came to the unit with and knew for 4 years and tell me this isnt a war. People are dying everyday.
