Dude half the pills out there dont work. If you read on the tylenol bottle it says its not FDA approved lol. I cant believe with 500 million dollars this guy couldn't get a good enough lawyer to bail him out.

Correct. They would supposedly work as a NO2 vasodilator to increase blood flow into the johnson. Same way viagra works... or any NO2 workout supplement for that matter. It's all the same, really.
