CIC TV Region

Wonder if anyone could help me.

I bought a CIC system from ebay to do a retrofit in my 06 e92. Everything works fine but i cant seem to tune the channels for the tv function. do i have to get the cic tv region recoded?

its working but tv is not working.

Is the tv option enabled in the cic?
