328 N52 idle engine noise

Hello everyone,

I've searched through several topics but couldn't find a solution to my issue. A new sound has recently appeared, and I'm unsure how to diagnose it. This noise persists whether the engine is cold or warm. I have attached a Vimeo video below for reference. It continues even after driving for longer distances.

I should note that it's probably not HVA related, as the sound won't go away. Additionally, the oil level is currently within the medium range, although I haven't tried adding more.

Videos of noises are always difficult to diagnose. To me, that sounds like valve ticking, which could be helped with liqui-moly oil saver.
