bimmian.com?

can anyone vouch for the site? I'm looking around for the side reflector delete and they have them up for $80. I've seen a few complaints from the search...

I've order small items like key hole cover on bimmian and it tokk about a week or so. But I do hear bad experiences from them on e46. I would just stick with the small items and move up from there by your experiences with them.

Just my two cent

My $40 factory painted license plate frame arrived from them today, as they fulfilled it from an order I placed at Mod Bargains.

It was $10 less through MB, and maybe $40 including the $10 fed ex shipping.

Shipped a *little* slow but I only mean a couple of days. No problem. I saved $10 I can wait a few extra days.

I will say I was expecting a metal frame, not a plastic one. Perhaps the paint hides what is underneath, but for $40 I laughed and said SOMEONE made a lot of money on this. Granted... I can't / won't bother to do it myself. No regrets. It was nicely packaged and looks just fine. I even put a coat of Zymol on it before mounting it.

Service? Fine
Product? Fine, but should be $20 Paint finish is even and high quality, but the plastic the paint is on is uneven in some places and generally feels like a piece of shit. I think it may bend some with pressure on the screws in a way that keeps it from mounting 100% flat. Perhaps 96% flat.
Value? Medium-low, but no regrets.

In the end I wish they painted a metal frame for $40. Deal. Instead they painted a POS plastic frame for $40, and while it looks 97% the same, it lacks in the perceived value department.

I bought my side reflectors from them. Paint is VERY close. Closer than some others I have seen from local "painters". I'm very happy with their products. Their return policy however is difficult. You have to ship back to Canada and they really only give credit. If you do decide to go with them please PM me. I have a credit and if you are okay with it I'd be happy to order them for you and you can pay me. I'd even be willing to consider a discount just to get rid of my credit.
Thanks

I returned other items that I ordered and just didn't work. Lock cover (Decided I didn't want it) and Plate holder (too big for e92)

I'd go with LongTran. Do NOT trust Bimmian with side deletes...just look at all the threads on them about the paint quality, it sucks!
