2007 328I Instrument cluster just went out. No Tach, Speedo, computer etc etc. Turn signals work but no indication on the dash. All other electronics seem to work fine. I have read a fuse may be the issue but not sure..Any comments ? Thanks !

Check the fuses behind the glove compartment, if it's ok, then take the instrument panel off, there is a small special battery, check the voltage and replace as necessary.

Thank you for the information on the special battery....That may be the issue.

I will open the glove compartment and review the fuses. With only 104K miles not sure why the cluster would just fail like that.. Thanks

did you recently change your car battery? if so, did they hook up some kind of a backup battery to the car to save its "memory /settings"? then its probably the fuse to the kombi.
