probably easier just to hit up google images, that being said is the piano black just glossy instead of matte? Personal choice really. I'd probably go with matte myself, my e9x is white though.

With your e9x being jet black piano black may look better. What are you leaning towards?

I got a coupe because fuck people and it looks 1000x better so my picture would be of no use to you. I think the matte looks best, it shouldn't stand out or be flashy. I plasti dipped mine and it looks great but that's as far as I would ever go with the dip.

I did matte black for my pre lci e92, but mines silver so the piano black wouldnt have looked right. I think piano would probably look great on jet black.

On a pre lci I would go with the gloss black since the top of the grill is built into the hood. I say keep it all the same color up front which reminds me I need to have my lower bumper grills painted.

Choosing between the two I'd go with piano black. My personal taste is OEM. The car, once tinted and all that is just too dark and needs some contrast somewhere. I prefer a little chrome accent.

Piano black. Looks clean and classy. You should also consider gloss black shadowline. Really ties it all together.

Agree with most people.
Matte looks good when there's a contrast (white or silver car). On a Jet Black, I'd consider gloss/piano black.

+1 I agree! I have matte black on my Montego Blue, but on a Jet black, especially being a pre-lci, I think the piano black would blend better.

I had matte black on sparkling graphite and switched to gloss black last week when I painted my mirrors and trim gloss black. So glad I did. Matte in my opinion looks kinda dirty but gloss cleans it up real nice
