Is this a good deal?
The sale price is pretty good. Just make sure your APR/MF isn't being marked up and the dealer isn't shoehorning in excessive fees.

so i've reached out to a few bmw dealers and salesmen i know and they all confirmed that there is no $4k rebate on the regular M3. only the CS and also on the regular 3 series. so pretty much all of them except the regular M3 lol
There is 5k in total incentives for the tri state area around New York , 1k loyalty and 4K additional for the reg m3 and m3 cs. I've confirmed with multiple dealerships.

Heads Up people in SF Bay looking for a deal on M3

Just took delivery of a 2018 M3 ZCP and can confirm that BMW has 4K rebate on top of the 1K loyalty in SF Bay Area. This was previously only available in central valley, but got a call today from my local dealer letting me know BMW had extended the offer to all NorCal dealers. Finally some love for us here.

Got this quote for a 2018 M3 -
MSRP - $76,745
Discount -$3,069
Incentives -$4,750 ($3500 regular incentive + $750 loyalty $500 fleet)

Adjusted Price: $68,926

This is without me negotiating as of yet. Is it possible I could get 11 to 12% off?

Very possible. I can see another $1k-1700 off. I think alot of dealers with cars in the lot are trying really hard to push them out.

Being that historically, NorCal and FL markets have been some of the hardest to negotiate a decent deal, I say right now you should be able to get to 10-12% discount before incentives.

As a baseline, I was able to get two different dealers in NorCal to discount cars with MSRP around $88k by 10K before incentives which is a 12% discount. Just make sure they don't try to recoup the discount through marked up MF or Financing.

cars.com - it looks like they've moved about 100 cars this month. Probably since introducing the current rebates?

How are you getting a fleet discount? That was stopped months ago and it hasn't return yet.

Hi All,

New to BMWs so I don't know much about incentives and whatnot that BMW offers. I'm looking at 2018 M3s and was wondering if this supposed pricing is decent or not and what I should be negotiating for:

It's a 2018 with Competition and Exec package with MSRP $81,045 with advertised dealer discount of $3243 for a total of $77,802. What else are people paying for similarly equipped M3s?

Holy crap. I have never seen a residual go UP after the car is a year old. Now it makes complete sense to pick up a 2018 M3 with these residuals. I guess BMWNA realized that they were not going to unload the inventory without some good residuals.

Back to 61% on the 2018 F80's. The remaining ones sitting on lots will start moving again.

I would assumed the MF stays the same? Almost pulled the trigger last month when it was 57% @10k. Now time to go back in and talk.
