Friend has a 220hp 2006 A3, wants to race me?

I have a stock 328i(when it comes to engine mods or tuning). His 220hp A3 against my 230 328i on a straight away, would i win? or would he win? (he has stickshift also, but hes a very powerful shifter).i have auto

Both cars weigh about the same (3320lbs) and have similar hp, so I think its on the driver, but I think you could actually take him if you hold your gears long enough.

It depends on how much his car weighs.

Is his car FWD or AWD?
Are you talking about racing from a stop or from a roll?

If it's AWD and going from a dig, chances are he'll hook up better off the line. From a roll, I think you'd pull a bit. Either way it's on the drivers.

A3 on has to version 2.0t 200hp fwd, or 3.2 250hp awd, unless modded
