I was going to say "I can't afford you"

And then I realized I can't even afford me. Who do I think I am? I think because I dress up all nice and talk so smooth I'm worth a free meal? I make myself sick.

Four months and about a few more expensive dates later, we broke up.

I'm single, but whenever I do go out to eat with a girl, we'll usually just go somewhere like BWW or Aubrey's or Las Magaritas, unless I'm really trying to do something special or "wow" her, in which case we'll go to this really nice local restaurant called the Bald Headed Bistro, where the bill is usually around $60-$80 total. But again, I'm only 22. So I'm still dealing with girls in the 18-25 year old range.
Dude. 2 words. Dollar menu. She'll appreciate your frugalness and the great taste of processed foods. (thank me later.)

I'm really hoping I can land a better job here in the near future, so I can actually start investing a significant amount of money. I'm only 22, and at the moment all I've got is a savings account and share certificates. I don't make $5k/mo., but I also don't have that many expenses. I'll still have a decent chunk left over at the end of the month, even after the car payment, which like I said either goes into my savings account or random things I buy (car mods and electronics, mostly).

If I'm not taking a girl out on a legitimate date, usually we'll just eat Taco Hell or Pizza Hut. Or if we're feeling spendy, Chipotle.

Pita Republic has filled me many times as well. It's the simple things in life bro.

I broke my GF from her spendy ways a while ago though - just start having them randomly pay for meals, she'll catch on quick.

I don’t know what it is but whether I’m hungry or not, the second I see that umbrella I’m all over that stand. I keep my dogs simple. Some ketchup and cooked onions and I’m good to go.

Unless I'm taking a girl out on a legitimate date, we'll usually each pay for our own stuff. Like if we're getting Taco Hell or something.

I remember back when one of my exes and I first starting hanging out with just each other (this being a couple of months before we actually started being more than just friends), we used to go to TGI Friday's all the time, and she would always pay for my meals, lol. Given, this was back when I worked part-time for $8/hr.

One of my other exes actually came and visited me in Miami last year, and she paid for all of her food/drinks. And we even hit up some fairly expensive places (South Beach). She's still awesome like that, though. She actually paid for everything on a date once.

Haha, same here. You gotta have the grilled onions on there.

I need to stop bringing girls over to my place so I can pretend to be poor, maybe they'll start paying for my meals.

I've been dating a bunch of prostitutes. I mean, I'm not giving them money directly, but an exchange of food for sex is usually a stand up deal, imo.

Dude. 5k/mo is plenty.
Save up and just pay everything in cash.

People brag about
"my friend/sugga daddy makes $408k/yr" idiots are peasants.

Real high roller give a flying-f about w-2s and play in different tax system.

I am not a munies investor, but one of the guy I know makes about $350k/yr just on munies, and it is tax free.

350k tax free is like 750k/yr gross?
