We got to Vegas every couple years. Neither of us gamble, because we are both good at math. However, we see some cool shows, etc. and we can stay in a nice suite at the Venetian or the Bellagio, for the same cost per night, that something like a Super 8 would cost in most other places. Sometimes its literally less than what we've actually paid for a Super 8 near any major metro area, depending on the package we get with hotel & airfare bundled.

How can they offer such cheap prices for nice quality rooms? Because of all the folks in the casino, subsidizing my vacation, that's how !

OP, please keep gambling. Your lifestyle helps make my lifestyle possible. Remember, you can't win that 8K back if you dont play !

Self-control is for quitters. You can't make money by quitting when you're only down a little. Might as well spend it all and hope to make a meteoric rise back to even and maybe even make some money.

Are you talking about the Hard Rock, your lucky I usually lose money and then spend another couple hundred easy at the Steak House. Have you stayed there? We stay every other month, fun place, great pool too.

Been to the hard rock. Never stayed there. This was at the Coconut Creek Casino.
