$375 is hefty. But not ridiculous. It's a 300 hp coupe afterall.

I think this payment is very reasonable. I'm paying more for a 328 sedan (3k down on lease, did i get ripped off?). Insurnace & gas probably cheaper, but not by a lot..... I am assuming that these are CAD, not USD, well they are about the same now n e ways....

bcz I paid 15000 $ for downpayment .

i pay close to $300 a month right now on insurance... and im currently driving a 2000 honda accord

ive been in 2 accidents within the past 5 years.. im turning 21 in 2 weeks!

i just landed a new job with good pay...

im hoping that my insurance doesn't go more than $600

(and yes i know these rates are as high as what some of u r paying for the car... but thats living in L.A. for ya!)

due to the excitement.. i don't think id be patient enough to save any $$$$ for a large down payment.. as for now ive got $5k on down payment.... i found out there will be july productions so its tempting to just get this sexy beast of a car into my home ASAP!!!...

so im hoping my monthly car fees are around $1,100 at most (car & insurance)

130/mo is high for what it should be. my ex had an accident on my insurance but luckily i had accident forgiveness but now i cant switch insurance companies. thats with 8 years clean driving. through ING i would have been paying like 80/mo. oh well.

Man, I can't imagine living with the kind of debt you guys do. I paid cash for the 325i, put 50% down on the Z4 and paid it off after 2 years because the $300/month note bugged me. Insurance for both is $1200/year.

come out to CA, and check out our housing prices.....

compared to how much our mortgages are, even a porsche 911 turbo payment is a pittance.

it's all relative.

yeah my mortgage payment is $1584/mo inc. taxes. so 920/mo for my bimmer isnt too bad. like what was said, it is all relative. average house cost here is about $240,000 and they say by end of 08 it will be $318,000.

Actually, we like doing other stuff with our money (like investing) rather than tieing it all down to a depreciating asset.
