BTW: i dont think any toilet can handle all the paper i use to wipe with my massive dumps, it'll always get clogged

First of all, you don't need to use a bail of toilet paper to wipe your ass. If you are shitting/wiping enough to clog the toilet every time you shit either aren't using it right, you need to alter your diet, or you need to see a doctor....

Second of all, if you are afraid of touching your own asshole you can wipe/flush multiple times as mentioned earlier.

And x 11tybillion on the developing country/developed country. When I was working in LA all of our warehouse workers were imigrants (El Salvador/Mexico, etc.) and they all just threw their shit paper into a can next to the toilet. Fucking hot-ass SF Valley warehouse bathroom (no HVAC), you can only imagine what it used to smell like in there.

Oddly, when I went to Cabo and stayed at a nice resort every stall still had the little can next to the toilet. AFAIK no used toilet paper in those though.

Personally, I think you are into scat play. There is no reason any sane person would wipe their ass and then throw it in the can and stare at it while simultaneiously posting about it on 1addicts.
