Hi, I am a professional driver in newyork and I don’t own a vehicle. So planning to buy a 2007 bmw 328i convertible just for weekends. It’s going to cost me around 8k. But I am worried about the insurance. As a professional driver my records not that clean. I have two accidents this year both of them hit me and one of them ran away. How much do guys pay for 328i convertible ?? Please let me know. I checked online and the price is unbelievable. They are asking 345$ per month. For a 8k vehicle I have to pay 4K for insurance purpose yearly !!!

If you haven't had personal auto insurance in a long time, then I am not surprised at the cost

Yeah i don’t have one its through the company. I never had one. So for first time buyers it will be that much !!

Consider yourself 16-18 again. No insurance history to go off of so you are high risk. I'd still shop around and see what you can find.
