im acctually considering either 135 or g37

im not too inlove with the 335

a few of my friends have the g35 and couldn't be happier

For what it's worth the August '07 Road & Track has a 335i vs G37 review in it. I believe they prefer the 33i also.

Dig this, MotorTrend's latest magazine has on the the front cover "The King is Dead" The G37 wins the comparo but check this out. Infiniti supplied the 335i that had the high oil temperature problems. I'll bet money that the car was made before BMW corrected the oil cooler problems. Bastards!!

It's BMW's fault for not having oil cooler in all it's 335s. It's not like Infiniti sabotaged the car. I know BMW added oil coolers to 335s later but if they did that to begin with, we wouldn't even be have this discussion.

Very True Alex, but if they had a car manufactured after the correction date the 335i would have won. It won in the RoadandTrack, and Insideline test vs the G37. Its not BMW's fault, but way to go Infiniti for bringing a tired faulty car to compete against your own.

BMW has fixed the problem, but how would you feel if you were one of those early production 335 owners and didn't get a oil cooler? I believe BMW is refusing to add oil coolers to existing 335s that didn't have one from the factory. So if you're one of those owners and went to the track to beat a G37, you wouldn't have much of a chance after a few hot laps.

BMW isnt recalling the car. But if you are an early 335i buyer and would like the oil cooler BMW offers it free of charge if I'm not mistaken.

Automobile felt the G37 was a better value, but really preferred the 335i even with the extra cost.
