Try taking the guide pins out, sand them down with 1000 grit and put high temp brake grease all over the pins and put some in guide pin fittings.
CRT makes a ceramic brake grease that is good for 3000 degrees. |

You also don't want to use just any old grease. Has to be synthetic grease so it doesn't eat away the bushing or fuse with anything causing a failure.

One, you need to re-grease the caliper pins. You should use CRC
high temp brake grease. It's good for up to 3000 degrees. If that does not work, then you need new calipers or at least need to refurbish them. Refurbishing them is cheaper, but a PITA. There are DIY's on this |
