Subway is ok if you don't get all the cheese and mayo and bbq sauce and shit that everyone gets. Get a 6" or footlong turkey breast with Italian dressing and no cheese, lots of veggies; quick & good for you. Doesn't taste as good as a quarter pounder though.

but chocolate cake is a different story
I was a fast food junky in college. After I graduated I just quit eating it. I got a craving for Jack in the Box tacos one day about a year after I graduated. I felt absolutely miserable, and actually hugged the toilet thinking I was going to hurl.

Needless to say, I hardly touch fast food now. The exceptions would be Chic-Fil-A and McDonalds Fish sandwich during lent.

Most fast food is crap. It's only good to me if I have it a few times a month.

Well, it's fast food because it's food that is made fast, but it's not really the same I don't think. They actually cook real food unlike the junk you get at fast food burger places. I love Chipotle.

I do love Chipotle and similarly Moe's, however I'm horrible at stopping. I'll eat both until an entire burrito is gone then look down in disappointment wishing I had stopped halfway. I learned my lesson about eating Moe's before going on site with a client though, haha (BAD IDEA!).

Q: why do women have smaller feet than men?

A: So they can stand closer to the counter when they are doing dishes (and making sandwichs).

it's not so much that I feel guilty it's that I feel like shit...it literally feels like something is sticking to my sides....on another note....does eating 1/2 a rotissere chicken in one sitting considered fast food??

Sorry to tell ya but you're only half good there. Ever get Menshealth? Know the section 'Eat this, Not that!'? Well the McFish sandwich is a Not That!, 1 sandwich is 380 calories, 18g fat(4g Sat. Fat) and 680mg sodium.

Chick-Fil-A is bomb though, as long as you stay away from their shakes, chicken ceasar wrap, chick-fil-a sandwich(the breaded one), chick-n-strips salad, and chicken, egg and cheese sandwhich.

BTW, I have the Eat This, Not That! book. If any of you want anything on any other fast food joints.
