What's so good about fastfood?

When i get hungry, i make a sandwich.

Isn't that quicker than driving to a fastfood place? (assuming you're at home)

such a hassle, making everything... jk, the only time I'd make a sandwich is for lunch and I'm not home for that so no sandwich "tools" for me ..

this may be a stupid question but are places like quiznos or subway considered "fast food"? if they are.... is it at least a little bit healthier then lets say mcdonalds or burger king?

Well, people go to mcdonalds for the oil and fat. As i have proven, making a sandwich is always faster, so speed isn't the problem here.

I was 6ft / 129 pounds when i entered college. Me and my friends went on the "McDonalds diet" to gain weight...lol...

4years later I am now 6'1 / 176 pounds (I work out in the gym every other day)

so it does help for us skinny ones to eat whatever, even if its fast food.

I dont mind panda express, jack in the box, sub way, etc....

but i try to stay away from Mcdonalds and Burger king since they are extremely more excessive on Oil, sodium, saturated fat, (and the list goes on), compared to the others

It's not only the fat, you're absorbing too much oil and other unhealthy stuff.

Fastfood ends your life faster.

Subway is a bit healthier, Quiznos, not a chance in hell. I can't eat Quiznos because it's the nastiest greasiest shit ever.

And yes, I regret it almost every time that I eat fast food. It's mainly burger places though. Fast food burgers are nasty. Oh, and fast food mexican, especially Taco Bell. Some places like Chickfila are ok though.

I definitely do. After eating healthy for over a year, whenever I eat something greasey I feel like complete shit.

Believe it or not, quarter pounders (if you get them plain, without the cheese) are some of the healthiest things you can get at McDonalds. Helps me justify eating it.

Quarter pounders ftw.

+1000000000000

I get mad uncomfortable and half of the time it doesn't even taste that good....90% of the time I just wanted a bite and end up eating the entire thing just so I don't waste it

but chocolate cake is a different story
