Engine sound as cell phone ringtone

Have anyone ever recorded yr engine sound? I have this weired idea to use the engine sound as my cell phone ringtone. The BMW homepage do have the sound of 130I, Z4 & X5 but they can't be saved. Could you guys offer some assistance?

They can be saved.. I have them all on my computer... 130i, 650ci, X5 and Z4...

Haha I was way ahead of you. The day I saw the Engine Sound thread I already downloaded all of them and put them in my phone. It's pretty sick. if you cant save it try "save target as". G'luck

I cant upload it. i tried but it didnt work. I can send them to you via email if you want.

It's not that good though. You cant really hear the exhaust cus phones dont have subwoofers.

lol.. There is actually ringtones of engine sound for cell phones from Audi's website of their Q7.

I would think this would be off topic. There are tons of sounds clips of engines, just convert to midi or whatever your phone uses. Some phones will let you make a voice memo your ring tone.
