UNSURE
I love my E90!! But I also luv to try new things. IF they change the styling of the Audi A4 [by the time I am in the market for a new car], then I MIGHT CONSIDER it.....depends on the test drive. This is how I would rank the alternatives: 1. Audi A4 2. Infiniti G## 3. Lexus IS### 4. Honda/Toyota [If I get married and buy a house] 5. Hyundai/Kia [If I get married, buy a house and have kids]

I will definitely want another 3.
I push up the cost of my car by $20-30k each time I get a new one, so I should be able to get a 330 or 335 or whatever they are selling in 4 years from now. Hoepfully they will have a DSG style gearbox sorted out by then...

I will be getting a 335i when they are released and available for ordering. I think that the 3-series is the hotest car available in the segment of the automotive market. The car has the looks, ability and the desire unlike any other car today. I have driven a 325i, because I would have died of impatience if I hadn't. The interior is a practical, but not boring design. It could have better cupholders, but so could every BMW. Performance of the current 3-series model is lacking, but with the 335i introduction, that should all change. KISS MY BUTT LEXUS/TOYOTA

Interesting to read other's thoughts on next rides. I go through cars like changing clothes.... After 3 Lexus's (sp) (Es, Gs, Lx), new Range Rover (HSE), Volvo (V70T5), Ford (F150 Supercrew), 2 Honda Odyssey's, Toyota 4-Runner, Harley Davidson Softail Deuce and now my E90 and S2000.... I'll be getting another BMW. If she holds up well and doesn't suffer from too many "issues" I'll be a BMW owner for life. This is my first BMW and man I just love driving this thing. For a guy that averages less than 5,000 miles/year after 3 weeks I'm already at 1,200 and this isn't my daily driver!
Enjoying the driving experience! :rocks: Next BMW.... Please please please make an E90 M3! If not I'll probably stay with the E90 or 550 - manual tranny please.

I think that the 330i has more than enough power for the type of driving I would do on a normal basis. My wife has also converted and we will likely replace her Volvo S60 with a BMW 530i within a year.
For the rare instances where I will want more than what the 330i can offer, I would consider a Porsche as the ideal car. I have a few things I need to take care of before I put that much money into a weekend car, though.

I love my car. But I hope that this car is a stepping stone to bigger and better things. Im eyeing this thing....well, the thing that it powers.
