im looking for some recommendation on a AV receiver and a set of 5.1 speakers.

heres the requirments

AV receiver:

Around $400-$500 budget (new on Ebay)
Must have at least 2 HDMI input (prefer 3)
Must have at least 1 HDMI output (prefer 2)
1080p upconversion capability.
2 room capability (not a requirment, but preferred)

5.1 Speakers:

Around $500-$600 budget (new on Ebay)
no less than 80W for speakers.
no less than 110W for SELF-POWERED sub.
No tower side speakers (no room)
mix-and-match with different brand speakers and sub is ok.

also looking for recommendation on a good blue-ray player with upconversion capability

p.s. my requirments comes from my own limited experiences so if you got a suggestion for me to change my perimeters (such as budget allowed or wattage and such), please tell me so.
