Hey guys
I thought this was cool and worth sharing!

Because we stock the majority of our bestsellers on hand in our Santa Clara facility, we always aim to process all in-stock orders as quickly as possible. I know we all hate it when we order from Amazon or Newegg and wait 3 days for them to process and drop-ship our orders! Sometimes, though, we find ourselves breaking even our own record and getting orders out with lightning speed :4ngie:

Here is an example of the comments in an order... I thought it was pretty cool, and I decided that Lynn deserves some public recognition for being so on-the-ball! :hi: It has been highlighted for emphasis, and the tracking number partially blurred for privacy reasons:

Anyways, I know this is a little silly, but thank you all for indulging me! Just wanted to make it known that despite our rapid growth over the last year, we have NOT forgotten the two principles that have brought us where we are today: quality products, and unbeatable customer service!

but yes, you guys do ship alot faster than most (if not all?) companies i used.. bimmian took their slow, slow, ohh jesus soo slow, time to ship it out. lol

cant wait to post pics

***edit: also, you guys getting blackline tail lights any time soon? i want to buy, but its hard to find/and/or get a reliable seller....

At the price we'd pay to get them from our dealership, it would not be worth it to resell to you... Unfortunately.

I'm thinking DEPO will be making a smoked tail light for the E90, so in time we will have a very affordable solution for you!

meh. its ok, im a bit dissapointed though lol. at least im getting my headlights and puddle lights from you

and a question: the puddle lamps, is that somehting i can install myself? or is it better off professionally done?

Puddles can be done yourself but it's a little complicated to run the wires, that's all!

good to know! ill make sure and try it first myself. if not, then ill have it done at my BMW dealer... u think they would do it?
