Squeal from pulleys

Yesterday I was driving the car like normal and nothing happened, but I suddenly got on the gas and threw the car down Into second, and Redlined the car. All of the sudden I start hearing a squeal that matches the revs of the car so I instantly new it was the bearings to the pulleys. Does anyone have a DIY for regreasing pulleys and or the expected time to do so? Thanks!

Following up with that, I turned off the car when I pulled into my driveway, restarted it and reved it up but didn't hear any squeal at all...

Check the bolt on your belt tensioner...I had a squeal coming from under the hood.. So i pulled out the flash light and left the engine running. Shined the light on the tensioner and noticed my belt was hanging on by a thread because the bolt that was holding the tensioner was bent.. Damn aluminum bolts.
