My brother had a 350 sq. ft place in Philly. You could eat, sleep, shit, and shower without moving more than 10ft. It's convenient.

When you have lived in an apartment that's half the size of this, you'd really appreciate the genious of maximizing space like that. Not to mention 10 years ago's version of furniture is not exactly space-saving. I wonder how his real house looks like.
