Don't jump to conclusions there buddy. yeah my dad helped me buy my 3rd car when I was 17 big deal(jealous much?). but believe me I paid for a majority of it. As for mods 100% my money. and I have just about half the worth of your car into in modifications and can probably train lengths on you Never taken my car to the dealer and perform all the work my self. and made a living out of it. and if I ever want to stop working Its back to working for daddy and daddy's money. got about a year left with premed then moving to med school then ill be leeching off daddys money with school being paid for with my grades.
people on this forum really need to chill it with age shit its getting annoying.
ur about 5 years older than me... in 5 years when im your age. ill be making 6 figures easy. im 19 almost done with pre-med. anesthesiologist when im 25-26.

Lol..you know nothing about nothing....

There are no scholarships for grades for medical colleges...everyone's smart

Did you start college at 16??

if not...The earliest that most graduate med school is 24 (and that's in a combined 6 yr BS/MD program...which you are not in) ..... But then you need to complete a 4 yr anesthesia residency....since math isn't your strong point...I'll help....28 is the earliest it gets....most are done at 30

And that $150 k salary you are going to start at ain't shit

You mean massive body roll, a steering system that is not connected to the front wheels, and the engine note played through the speaker system?!?!?!?!

We started painting in June of 2012 and actually finished in Feb. this year. we did everything except the foyer and the great room being that they had 24 ft ceilings. We got a quote to paint it and it was $21,000 complete and would take 4 weeks. The money we saved by painting it ourselves bought us our bedroom furniture. Still not sure it was worth it, just have a very hard time paying someone to do work that We are perfectly capable to do. I guess that is why we are where we are. Work Ethic.

No one would ever paint as well as we did... We hired people for the Foyer and the great room due to 24' ceilings and we wern't very happy with the results. Glad we chose to do it cause it saved us $21,000 and allowed us to buy the bedroom furniture we wanted.

[QUOTE=MP0WER;13901793]Thanks. Love the wolf range, 6 burners. We picked a simple wolf hood with the blower motor in the attic so it runs quite. The wolf double ovens are awesome! Love having garlic bread in one and a pizza in the other.

I ran into the Wolf/SubZ regional rep when we started building the house. She took a liking to me and gave us a smoking deal on those items. She basically gave us $22k of appliance for $9500! Pal of mine owns an appliance store and said that was much less than what she sells him model home appliances for.

9500? including the sub zeros? how can i get that hook up??

My friend with the appliance shop actually asked if i slept with her. I told my wife that and she was like i would have been ok with that for these appliances!

Basically we built a new house around an original 1956 3 bedroom ranch. Unfortunatley I live in one of the most overpriced real estate markets in the country, (I'm sure some of you are paying 1/10th what I pay for property taxes for lots twice as big), so it's not a 6000sqft 2 acre spread, but it's perfect for us.

This is what I started with 2 years ago.
Man! What a difference! Very nice!

Reminds me of my brothers house in Indy.

And this is it today..

That looks like the house I just bought, but the inside looks like its still from the 50s. The previous owner had been living there since her father built it. in the 50s and now she's off to the beach. The contractors gonna start demo this week(crossing fingers). I can't wait.

That's cool. I was mostly curious on the layout, like is it 3 bays wide and 2 bays deep, or is it 6 bays wide which would require a massive driveway.
