Premium Package to Sport Package

Hi Guys,
Just picked up an 06 330i with premium package only, my question is that is there a way to have the code, re-coded for the car now to have the option to now come with a Sport package?

I have talked with a guy and he stated that he can do several things with coding but did not indicate that.

Thanks in advance guys!

Sport package is a new steering wheel, seats, and wheels. So no.

Dam!
Thanks for the reply because I know that would update the limiter to 155 instead of 130

you can code the speed limiter but the sports package is more about suspension, seats, steering wheel

Logic 7 is the sound system it does not come with any package. It is a separate option. Sports package is suspension, sports seats, sports steering wheel, speed limiter set to 155mph, and in some cases 18in rims but I believe the 330 came with 17s no matter the options.

I checked the specks for my car and it listed this

Premium sound system with DSP

I have a professional radio that's it, nothing that changes the function of DSP, as I do know what DSP is, I had it in my 03 M5 so I do not know why that would have been listed.

Just get a AA tune and it will remove the speed limiter.

I have a 335 so no AA tune. Had a tune on my 328. It runs about $300-$400 for the tuned software. Around $700 total if you also get the tool needed to flash the ECU. Otherwise you will need to take it to a shop that can flash your car and pay them. On a 330 you should get about 7-9hp (as car is pretty much at its peak) and much smoother shifting if you have auto tranny. Oh and no speed limiter.

I have confirmed what I thought was true.

All 2006 330i and 2007-2008 335i cars should have Logic 7.

See below window stickers:

2006 330i (look under standard features - bottom right)

2007 335i (look under standard features - bottom right)

2008 335i (look under standard features - bottom right)

Looks like in 2009+ It was an option?
