Miami Marathon 1/31/2010

Anyone else running in this years Miami Marathon? 18,000 strong, it's going to be my 1st full marathon I am very excited. Running with "Team in Training" for the LLS.

I am allergic to running long distances. Wear something easily identifiable so I can throw things at you from my balcony as you run by.

What time you aiming for? I just finished my 1st marathon in Oct.--> 3:48. My advice is do those Sat long runs man, they pay off.

I am hoping for a 4:30. My 1/2 time is 1:58.

Traffic will be bad, Sunday morning expect the roads to be closed from 5am to 12pm. Some parts of Brickell for sure.
