So I finally figured out how to export photos. Here are a couple quick ones I took with a fully modded matte white e92. You photogs are gonna have to educate me on all these damn camera settings on here! The second one's field of focus is pretty narrow, what's that called, aperture or something?

I could get into this!

Just play around with the settings. The 2nd shot looks blurry, make sure you have the center of the focus sights on what you want in focus and press Square to auto focus.

Holding down R1 and moving the right joystick forward and back will adjust zoom.

And how the hell did you get matte white?

Thanks. I'll continue to play around with the settings... probably the best way to learn.

I'm trying to remember how I was able to get that paint. I think I earned it when I won gold in all the Spec-A beginner races. Got a nice matte green winning the Amateur ones //EDIT: That wasn't it. I forgot which race it was, but it definitely is a race you have to win.

Ok, so my plan of buying a Ferrari F10 and spanking all the LM cars in the Dream Car Championship wouldn't be a possibility since the F1 cars can't be used in A-Spec.

Here's Plan B...this thing is stupid fast.

Oh and I found this bad boy in the Used Car lot

Is this game fun with ONLY a controller? Can you do upgrades like you do in forza or no? By that I mean adding exhausts and turbos and all those goodies?

Is it possible to change lights, like get smoked lights, and change the colors?

I haven't tried racing with a controller, I use a wheel.

Yes, you can do upgrades like turbos, exhaust, ecu, etc.

No, you cannot change the lights.

It's not bad w/ a controller. I don't have a wheel yet but am looking into the Fanatec wheel and pedal set. I still enjoy the game. I'm sure it's a world better w/ a wheel, though, since it's more natural than using a joystick.

Since everyone else is posting nice car or racing shots...

I call this series w/ the F40, "This will not end well".

After getting bumped going into a corner:

And one normal racing shot of my humble MCS:

^^^Great shots! I love that first one, nice job focusing on the grass there, really makes the photo!

Just took these a few minutes ago, very happy with them.

Those are great shots, both of you. Really makes me wish I wasn't stuck here studying for finals

Also what'd you do to get the starry effect?

I think a lot of it has to do with how wide the headlights are from each other, and you must be looking directly at them. I couldnt recreate the same starry look with my Gallardo, I think the lights are too far apart from each other. It was also stationary at the time too, not sure if that matters.

As for settings, I did the lowest shutter speed it would allow, 1/60 which I dont think really mattered. F/stop was maxed out, and exposure was raised to +3.0, and I was shooting with the Cool Filter, Panning Mode 2 and I was in a tunnel.

Im going to take some more cars out to the Photo Travel section to see if I can consistently recreate that same effect. That was the first time I've managed to do it, and I have a feeling it was by accident, lol.

Got it thanks. I haven't really done anything with the F-stop since I didn't know what it meant till I just Googled it

btw my favorite Photo Travel spot is the Red Bull hangar. The only thing I hate is that you have like 30 seconds to take a pic before it gets dark.
It's where I've taken most of my favorite shots, like this one. Kinda blurry tho

Did a "photoshoot" with my GT-R Spec-V. I wish I could embed them without them being enormous.

Nice shots Sylon
I've only been playing with the controller so far, and I've been enjoying it a lot. I still have yet to try it with a wheel.

I've taken a lot of shots lately, but I'll post some of them up. Photoshop was involved in a lot of them (added vignette, removed 'GT' watermark, and did some contrast / brightness to them), and I added a watermark on them..

I have those photos without watermarks too .
