Guys do I need to flush/clean out my gas tank after every time I use e85? If so do I just fill my tank up with 91 to flush it out? Can't I do it like every few months instead.

What are you trying to achieve exactly? If you mix E85 with ACN 91 (E50 to E60 mix), then the 91 octane fuel will serve as a detergent for the corrosives in ethanol.

no you don't have to do anything. I'd run a max of ~5.5 - 6 gallons of e85 to a full tank though.
