You ho. jk haha, to be honest I've never driven a honda waverunner. Though I have to say that our waverunners haven't exactly been...well...reliable.

I think that's cuz we thrash the living hell out of em, sometimes when it's too shallow. Unfortunately all the good waves hover over the shallow areas where the gulf meets the bay in my area.

Dude, you obvioulsy know nothing about PWC's. An F15 with boost controller will not run anywhere close to 76. His speedo may be reading 76 but we call that the Dream-o-meter. Honda's are very nice reliable skis but they are the slowest of the group.

Spend some time on Greenhulk.net and you will see that the Honda turbos with full Macsboost Stage 2's only run 71 on GPS.

Summary, Honda great for reliability, terrible for top speed. You will find maybe 1 or 2 Honda's that are raced on National/World tours.

hmm ok. this guy makes parts for a living just like mac. he makes his own chips and other stuff. his bike is chipped and man boost controller with bov and exhaust.
now go to pwctoday and check out the speeds people are getting 71 mph with just a simple boost controller.

in his last race he got 3rd on the f15x racing the rpx-x and rtx-x but this was in stock form.

since ya know so much.. why does this guy seem to be hitting 69.9 with just 2 bars removed and 13 psi.

now add a chip to raise rpm and raise boost to 16-17 see what you get. smarty pants./

I don't doubt he can run 69.9, but do you have any idea how much more power it takes to run 6 mph faster? You show your ignorance by saying, "just add a chip (whatever the hell that means), raise RPM, raise boost." You make it sound as if a 1-2 process. Hull modification, rideplate angle, intake grate/pump/prop combos have to be perfect to get maximum gains. The 250x and RXT can easily be modded to run 70, but getting to 75 cost a shit ton of money and tuning. There are only a handful of 250x's running 75 I believe.

Nobody has ever seen a documented video of a Honda running those speeds using a GPS or Stalker radar gun. If anybody can do it, Jim can, but until the community sees evidence it is just a mystical unicorn. Have your buddy get us a video and I will eat crow.

the chip turns off the over boost and raises the rpm to 6500 change to a steeper impeller add 19 psi. the new f15x has a great hull design. when i go ill take my gps and camera for ya.

Aight, cool. Argument aside, I really would like to see a 76 mph one if it exist.
