I'm about to hit 300K in a few months. At 295K currently... still running well, but leaking oil from the oil pan gasket.

Do the NA motors have much more longevity than the turbo motors? If so, do the 10-13 N55s do better than the N 54s?

So far not worth the expense... freakin $1,000+ repair for a stupid gasket. One of the few things a probably won't do myself since you have to drop the subframe to pull the oil pan. What an idiotic design...

In a 335i... Wow. Original turbos?

My 2010 335i (N55, DCT) is at 140 000km. Or 87 000 miles for the Americans on here.
