I personally found the study funny (..especially the comment made toward the end of the Hummer paragraph with regards to month-end quotas; MYTH!), but I have my reasons.

Good question! How many were produced and distributed in N/A? From my personal experience, I've rarely witnessed any AMG cars being cited (..at least, not enough to be on our top 10 list). The survey wasn't specific enough IMHO.
