What part is missing here?

Ok, guys. I bought 2008 e92 few days ago (Whoo-hoo!

). It was after accident and some parts are missing. I'm trying to figure out which ones. Most of them I found through realoem - it has very nice pictures and diagrams. But there's one missing which I can't quite figure out. So this is wiring which goes to headlight, foglight and some little black box on the outer side wheel well (i assume it is sensor of some sort). I see two cut wires (brown and blue & purple) going from this bunch (please see photos). Any idea what was attached to them?

Those wires look aftermarket.
BMW does not have that.... Not that I remember.
PS.... I have repaired.... Rebuilt 1 too many BMWs.
