Recommendations: Helmet Cam

I am looking to buy a helmet cam to capture some of the driving/karting/jetskiing foolishness I get myself into. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Requirements:
1. Must be self contained, and small enough to clip onto my kart, or life vest.
2. Because I will be using it in the water, it should be waterproof to at least 10 feet.
3. Needs to be somewhat shock resistant. When the Kart comes onto the pipe, it induces a high frequency resonance that you wouldn't believe. Although, i guess my neck works as a shock....kinda.

This will be the little brother to a DVX100a, so lets see em.
