yeah, so im trying to expand my collection of music which is composed of 100% techno. ive recently discovered a really good industrial dj, called Orbital. sick beats man. but what are your top 5 favorite techno songs? please put the artist and dj so i can listen to them lol

they are sort of there own genre or you could call them ambient break beat maybe, big maybe

(these both belong in their own sort of category like orbital, sort of chill rhythmic music)


UNDERWORLD, beaucoup fish (album) from my understanding its meant to resemble new york in the sound, very good its a group sort of thing w/ a singer, what i usually use to hook people who dont normally listen to techno

cant go wrong with any of those







try describing your taste a little better, like i like funky rhythmic stuff as well as high energy trance/dance

yea ATB is good, BT was good before he sold out like a little bitch

as for junkie xl his musics ok, but i saw him "live" once, he hit play on his laptop and then danced around stage like a fooking fhag , between him and carl cox who thinks the "god" pose (raising up your arms in the air in front of you like you've just done something godly) is required to be used after every trainwreck he creates live performances have had the bar way lowered

well, i enjoy everything when it comes to techno. but usually i like to blast that heavy trance kind of rave/dance music. i love electro once its not to slow. maybe to give u an idea, my songs on my playlist right now are:

dam should have mentioned hybrid, another one of those almost own genre type groups, djx is awsome too, really funky, but i didnt think a lot of people out of Florida listened to him, he must have gotten popular

lol... junkie didnt really have developed music until recently. i like him alot because of his remixes of mainstream songs... tiesto's remixes are allright too.

oh and Justice is f'n great too--nothin can beat erol alkans (sp?) waters of nazareth remix... it feels like ur going through baghdad strapped with ur m60 (some parts of the song)
